This program is very detailed and diverse. It gives you everything you need to know to get better at the game and at the gym. My favorite part was that it gives you the options to choose your exercises and drills. The sample routines is probably one of the best things that could have been added because in case you’re confused on how to make your own routine, the sample gives you a good idea on how to do it.
For $30 It doesn’t get better then this. It clears all confusion on how to be a complete player and how to make a complete schedule. Would definitely recommend!
